This notice is provided pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, arts. 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10.06.2021 on cookies and other tracking tools.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that websites place on the user’s device to store information between one visit and the next. This notice also covers other tracking tools that work in a similar way.
Cookies may be placed by the website visited (first-party cookies) or by third parties (third-party cookies), and may last for the browsing session or persist for a set period.
2. Categories used and legal basis
Technical and necessary cookies. Essential for the Website to work and for storing the choices made on consent. They are set under art. 122(1) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and do not require consent.
Third-party analytics cookies. They measure the number of visits and how the Website is browsed. As they are not set directly by the Controller and their identifying capacity is not reduced, they require the data subject’s consent.
Functional cookies. They enable additional Website features, such as the quick contact buttons and playback of embedded videos. They require consent.
Third-party advertising cookies. They measure the effectiveness of the Firm’s advertising campaigns, for example whether a visit comes from an advert and whether it leads to a contact request. They require consent.
Consent is given through the banner that appears on the first visit, which allows you to accept all cookies, reject them all just as easily, or select individual categories. If no choice is made, no cookies other than the necessary ones are set. The request is not repeated for six months, unless the processing conditions change.
3. Withdrawing consent
Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given, using the “Review cookie consent” button at the bottom left of every page after the first choice.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
4. Tools used
Survey of 17.10.2026.
Consent management: CookieYes Ltd. The Website uses a necessary cookie that stores the choices made on the tracking categories, so that the banner is not shown on every page and preferences are respected. Duration: one year. It does not require consent under art. 122(1) of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Statistical measurement: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4). It measures the number of visitors, the pages viewed and the source of traffic, using random identifiers assigned to the device. Two cookies lasting thirteen months are used. It requires consent.
Advertising measurement: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads). One cookie, lasting ninety days, records whether the visit comes from one of the Firm’s adverts and whether it leads to a contact request. It requires consent.
Quick contact buttons: Chaty. A persistent cookie records the user’s interaction with the quick contact buttons, so that the related choices are kept between visits. It requires consent.
Embedded videos: Vimeo.com, Inc. The home page contains a video hosted on Vimeo. The player is loaded only after consent to functional cookies; before consent, a placeholder is shown. Once loaded, Vimeo may set its own cookies for the player to work and to measure views. It requires consent.
Fonts: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Fonts). To display the Website’s fonts, the browser downloads them from Google’s servers, which receive the visitor’s IP address. No cookies are set.
The up-to-date list of individual cookies, with their names and exact duration, can be viewed at any time in the panel that opens from the “Review cookie consent” button.
