Part I \u2014 Use of the Website<\/h4>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

1. Scope<\/h5>\n

Part I applies to anyone who accesses the Website. Part II applies to anyone requesting a consultation and supplements the contract for professional services.<\/p>\n

2. Nature of the content<\/h5>\n

The Website is informational and institutional. The content published, including the articles, does not constitute legal advice and is no substitute for examining the specific case.<\/p>\n

Sending the contact form or a consultation request does not create any professional relationship, which arises only when the Lawyer accepts the engagement.<\/p>\n

3. Intellectual property<\/h5>\n

The Website content is protected by Law 633\/1941. Reproduction, even in part, without written permission is prohibited, except for the right of quotation under art. 70 of that Law.<\/p>\n

4. Liability<\/h5>\n

The Owner takes care over the accuracy of the content but does not guarantee that it is free from errors or up to date with subsequent changes in the law.<\/p>\n

The Owner is not liable for the content of third-party websites reachable through links, over which it has no control.<\/p>\n

The mandatory limits of art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code and art. 33(2)(b) of the Italian Consumer Code remain unaffected: no clause in this document excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for personal injury.<\/p>\n

5. Security<\/h5>\n

The Owner adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures. Users, in turn, adopt suitable IT protection measures.<\/p>\n

6. Changes<\/h5>\n

7. Subject matter<\/h5>\n

The consultation consists of a preliminary examination of the matter submitted, an analysis of the documents available and guidance on the possible scenarios. It does not include drafting documents or written opinions, nor taking on the case, which are the subject of a separate agreement.<\/p>\n

8. Fees<\/h5>\n

The fee is set according to the complexity of the matter, assessed on the basis of the quantity and nature of the documents to be examined, the number of positions involved, any pending deadlines and the urgency required.<\/p>\n
